The burial wishes of many people have changed in recent years. In the past, cemeteries were lined up with mausoleums for urns and graves for the ground. Today, grave forms are sought which offer an alternative for design, social or financial reasons and which should be modern, inexpensive and easy to maintain. At the same time, they should be designed to be attractive and comforting.

The AHF has taken up these new challenges and has been providing a communal grave in the form of an urn burial plot at Frankfurt's main cemetery since 2008.

In this way, we have combined tradition and modernity, and offered people with HIV and AIDS in particular the opportunity to choose a grave site during their lifetime that meets their requirements. We have created a place that was designed by the sculptor Helmut Hirte from Aschaffenburg in 2008 and offers relatives and friends a place of remembrance.

In addition to standardised specifications, the gravesite also offers individual design options.

We are happy to reserve a gravesite for you and your partner if you are from Frankfurt am Main and one of your partners is infected.

The flat rate for use is €300 (plus VAT).

Visit the communal gravesite and then decide whether it suits you. You will find the historic and newly designed site in Frankfurt's main cemetery, Gewann F, grave number 465 u.

We will discuss the formalities and further procedure with you in a personal meeting.
